Privacy Policy

Information you give us

When you book a meeting, we collect what you enter in the booking form so we can hold your time slot, send your confirmation, and prepare for the conversation:

• First and last name
• Work email address
• Company name
• Job title
• Phone number (optional — used for a meeting reminder, never for marketing texts)
• What you would like to discuss (optional)
• Your acknowledgment of the booking and privacy language, with the time you gave it

Information we collect automatically

Our hosting and database providers keep standard technical logs — IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring URL, and timestamps — to keep the site available and secure. We also record the campaign, source, medium, and content parameters on the link you arrived from, so we know which outreach led to a booking.

Where we need to limit abuse, we store a keyed hash of your IP address rather than the address itself. Report access attempts are capped at 8 tries per 15 minutes against that hash, and the hash is what we retain in our records.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, we do not use this site for automated decision-making, and we do not buy personal information about you from data brokers.

Company research we hold

To prepare for meetings, we maintain a catalog of the retailers in the ranking. Alongside each company we may record its website, parent company, and the name and title of a publicly identified technology leader, taken from public web sources or a business-contact database. This is business-role information, not personal or household data. If you are named in our catalog and want that entry corrected or removed, email info@resultstack.com.

When you book, we compare your name and title against that entry. A match or mismatch is flagged internally so the right person from our team is in the room. Those flags are visible only to our staff.

How we use your information

We use booking-form information to reserve your slot, send your confirmation and reminders, let you reschedule or cancel, prepare your company review, and follow up about the meeting and the ranking. We use technical and campaign data to operate the site, prevent abuse, and measure whether our NACS outreach worked. We use aggregate analytics — only if you accept it — to improve the site.

Our legal bases, where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, are: performance of a contract or steps at your request, for scheduling and running the meeting you asked for; consent, for optional analytics and advertising cookies and for marketing email; and our legitimate interests in securing the site, preventing fraud, and marketing our services to businesses.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies are always on. They let you complete a booking, protect the form from abuse, remember your cookie choice for 180 days, keep your theme preference, and show your confirmation in this browser. They are first-party and load no third-party tags.

Optional cookies stay off until you accept them. Our Cookies page lists every cookie this site sets and what each one does, and Cookie preferences on any public page lets you change your mind at any time.

Analytics (optional) — Google Analytics 4

If you accept Analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-49G8GJ7L92) to understand how this site is used and to record a meeting_booked event after a verified new booking. Analytics is off until you accept. We disable advertising personalization signals in the tag configuration. We do not send your name, email, phone, company, job title, form responses, booking token, or internal IDs to Google. Manage-link and report URLs are redacted before any page path is sent.

Advertising (optional) — LinkedIn Insight Tag

If you accept Advertising, we load the LinkedIn Insight Tag (partner ID 1441289) to measure campaign performance. Advertising is off until you accept. We do not use email hashing or matched audiences from the booking form. A LinkedIn URL conversion on /success fires at most once per booking, only after a server-side claim confirms the booking is new.

Booking form information stays out of ad and analytics tools

What you type in the booking form is stored so we can schedule and prepare for your meeting. It is not sent to Google Analytics 4 or LinkedIn as event properties, user IDs, or hashed identifiers from this site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose booking-form information to anyone for their own advertising.

Accepting Advertising cookies may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as processing for targeted advertising, under some United States state privacy laws. Declining the Advertising category — or later switching it off in Cookie preferences — is how you opt out on this site.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to run this site, under contracts that limit them to our instructions:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery (United States)
• Supabase — the database holding bookings, contacts, and the company catalog (Amazon Web Services, United States)
• Our transactional email provider — confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, and reminder messages
• Google — analytics, only if you accept Analytics cookies
• LinkedIn — campaign measurement, only if you accept Advertising cookies

Where your information is held

Our servers and databases are in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there, which may not offer the same protections as the laws of your own country. Where required for transfers from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses; a copy is available on request.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records and meeting notes for as long as we have an active business relationship with your company, and afterward only as long as needed for the purposes in this notice or to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Site and security logs are kept on our providers’ standard schedules. Links that let you manage a meeting expire, and the tokens behind them are stored only as hashes. When we no longer need personal information, we delete or anonymize it.

The specific retention periods for this event site are still being finalized with counsel and will be published here before launch.

How we protect it

Bookings live in a private database schema that is not reachable from the public internet, protected by row-level security and reached only through a least-privilege application role. Staff tools sit behind authentication. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and manage links and report sessions use short-lived, hashed, single-purpose tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that a determined attacker will never defeat these measures.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable form, withdraw consent, or opt out of targeted advertising — and not to be treated differently for exercising any of these. Email info@resultstack.com and we will respond as applicable law requires. We may need to confirm your identity first, and you can use an authorized agent.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. We will still send you the operational messages needed to run a meeting you booked. To change cookie choices, use Cookie preferences on any public page.

If you are in the EEA or the UK and believe we are handling your information unlawfully, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
