Terms of Use
Updated: September 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of the ResultStack NACS 2026 booking site. By using this site or booking a meeting, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site exists for one purpose: to let convenience-retail leaders schedule a private meeting at NACS 2026 to review their company’s results from the National Top 100 Convenience Store Digital Ranking, and to view a company report if we have shared one with you.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 and using the site for business purposes. By booking a meeting you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that the work email you give is yours, and that you are authorized to schedule a meeting on behalf of the company you name. Do not book a meeting in someone else’s name or on behalf of a company you do not represent.
Booking a meeting
Meetings are 30 minutes at Booth C3375 during NACS 2026 and are free. Times are shown on the site and are held on a first-come basis; each slot holds one meeting, and a slot is only yours once the site confirms it. Availability is limited and can change.
Your confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel. Please use them if your plans change, so the time can go to someone else. We may reschedule, reassign, or cancel a meeting if the schedule changes, if the event changes, if capacity or staffing requires it, or if a booking appears fraudulent or abusive — and we will use the contact details you gave us to tell you.
Attending the meeting requires your own registration and admission to NACS 2026. We are not the event organizer and are not responsible for the show, its policies, or your ability to attend.
The ranking and your company review
The National Top 100 Convenience Store Digital Ranking is our own independent assessment of publicly observable, customer-facing digital experience. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or reviewed by the companies it covers, by NACS, or by any vendor. It is based on information available to us when we did the research, and it reflects our opinion and methodology.
Anything we present in a meeting or in a report is informational and provided as-is. It is not professional, legal, financial, security, or investment advice, it is not a warranty about any product or vendor, and it is not a promise of any business result. Decisions you make from it are yours.
Company reports
If we share a private company report with you, the link and any access we grant are for you and your colleagues at that company, for internal use. Do not post the link publicly, share it outside your company, or attempt to reach a report belonging to another company. We may revoke access at any time. Report links and viewing sessions expire.
Acceptable use
Use the site as it was meant to be used. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s personal information
- Book slots you do not intend to use, or reserve capacity in bulk
- Use bots, scripts, or scrapers against the site, or bypass any rate limit or abuse control
- Try to access staff tools, other people’s bookings or reports, or any part of the site or database not made available to you
- Guess, reuse, or tamper with tokens, links, or cookies
- Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the site or the systems behind it
- Copy, republish, or resell the ranking, report content, or site materials without our written permission

Disclaimers and limits on liability
The site is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the ranking or any report is complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ResultStack and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site, a meeting, or any report — even if we were told such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
